Building on the success of last year’s camps, we again held 3 camps in July; the first being for ages 7-9, the second for ages 13-19 and the third for ages 10-12. We moved to a new location, Pinokio, in the village of Marionówka, approx 9 km east of Bystrzyca klodzka.
The overseas team consisted of Rebecca, Katlyn, Britney and Jenny from the USA, John, Joe and Chris from the UK, & Jamie from USA, UK, & Poland!
This part of Lower Silesia is an area of natural beauty and during the camps we organised several walks through the woods and mountains.
These camps continue to grow in popularity with over 100 kids on the three camps.
The English native speakers built some great relationships with the older students and also had a chance to share their testimonies.
On the younger camps, they were able to show love and acceptance to the kids.
The team put in a lot of work organising many of the games and activities. This undoubtedly contributed to the very positive nature of the camps.
